Once you are the highest bidder on a lot, it will be invoiced to you. The OVM-Group stores your transaction data in its accounting program for a correct financial settlement.
To serve you well on our auction site, the OVM-Group uses a search engine when you search for specific products. We record which products you search for so we can analyze which products are being searched for. We also use this information to bring products you have searched for to your attention in the future.
If you have installed the mobile app of our auction sites on your phone or mobile device, the OVM-Group will provide you with push notifications. For this, the OVM-Group uses push notification services that send these messages to you.
All auction platforms of the OVM-Group are hosted by our hosting partner. The entire database is also hosted. The hosting partner has access to all website data and uses this only for the proper functioning of the websites.
If the OVM-Group wants to send a message via SMS to its users, the OVM-Group uses SMS service providers.
Marketing Consultants support the OVM-Group with its marketing efforts. They have access to the Google and Bing accounts, social media, and email tooling of the OVM-Group.
The administration of the OVM-Group is supported by administrative specialists. They have access to user data for a correct administrative handling of purchases and analyses.
Clients of the OVM-Group who sell via one of the auction websites receive, if necessary, the sales invoices of the buyers of their products. This is only the case if the client is responsible for the delivery of goods or their shipment. The client checks based on that data whether he/she hands over the product to the right person or sends it to the right person via postal service.
The notary office of PlasBossinade Notaries supervises the online auctions of the OVM-Group.
For the execution of this supervision, the notary has access to all auction site, invoicing, and user data.
